What is the "Download Formats" feature available on eBranch?

Download Formats allows you to leverage standard formats or create your own formats, for data you wish to export from eBranch, for the following:

• CATALOGS (Pricing data)
• INVOICES
• ORDERS
• ORDER STATUS (Backorders)

Formats can be created to suit the requirements of your specific accounting package. You can also select from our wide range of predefined standard export formats for popular accounting packages. We will introduce additional standardised formats progressively.


You will then be able to export the data (on demand) RUN NOW or via SCHEDULED RUNS.

What is meant by RUN or SCHEDULE?
RUN means that you will be able to run the export ON DEMAND, AT THAT MOMENT, specifying selection criteria based on the available options.

For instance, if you need an export containing the data for all of your invoices for the period from Jan 1st 2018 to March 30th 2019 you will be able to do so.
SCHEDULE means that you will be able to schedule a predefined export (for Catalogue/ Invoices/ Orders / Order status) to be run at a future time, once, or more than once depending on the options selected.

If you want to SCHEDULE what are the options available?

For CATALOGUES (Price Files), the following run FREQUENCY options are available:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly

The following ITEM SELECTION options are available:

• Full Price File
• Items Purchased for the past 12 months
• My lists (Any list they can select from their My Lists page) - NEW

For INVOICES, the following FREQUENCY options are available:

• Hourly
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly

The following INVOICE SELECTION options are available:

• From Date
• To Date

If you want to RUN what are the options available?

For CATALOGUES (Price Files), the following ITEM SELECTION options are available:

• Full Price File
• Items Purchased for the past 12 months
• My lists (Any list they can select from their My Lists page) - NEW

The following INVOICE SELECTION options are available:

• From Date
• To Date
