Bremick drop-in (wedge) anchors are single unit, pre assembles, deformation controlled expansion anchors consisting of an internally threaded shell, a precision formed internal tapper and an integral expansion cone. Expansion is achieved by driving the cone with a hammer and proprietary setting tool forcing the shell against the wall of the hole. Fastening is then achieved by the installation and tightening of a bolt or threaded rod. Bremick drop-in anchors are available with parallel shells or lipped shells that ensure flush installation with the concrete base material.
